Barry's journey to Northern Michigan began when he met his wife, Audrey, a Northern Michigan native who grew up in the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. After years of visiting, Barry fell in love with the region's natural beauty, welcoming communities, exceptional schools, and slower pace of life. Eleven years ago, their family made Harbor Springs home, and today they are proud to be raising their two children in the Harbor Springs school system.
As a member of the Harbor Springs Planning Commission for the past four years, Barry offers clients a unique perspective on local zoning, land use, development trends, and community planning. Combined with his personal experience purchasing homes and investment properties throughout the area, he provides valuable insight that goes far beyond what you'll find on a listing sheet.
